The content in this blog is formed from my own opinions through experiences and other knowledge.  All recipes are my own unless otherwise noted, and I will give appropriate credit where it is due.  Any recipes that are not my own will be noted and I usually end up tweaking them to my own liking. 

All fitness related posts are my opinion through my own fitness journey and experiences.  I also do a lot of research for my own purposes and will share that with you.  I am not a certified trainer or nutritionist and will not create workout/meal plans for you.
